i recently dynoed my car at 235 hp to the wheels and ran a 12.2 @ 112mph. this was at 10-11 psi, intercooled.
but after installing the air to liquid intercooler, my pulley setup changed, which caused me to get new belts. the belt that ran the charger was the smallest 4 rib they make. i couldnt get the belt as tight as i would like to, but it was snug enuff to get me 10 -11 psi, but i kept thinking the belt was too loose, but couldnt tighten it anymore because the tensioner pulley was almost touching the charger pulley. so yesterday i ended up removing the original tensioner pulley bracket and making my own custom tensioner pulley bracket, and now i can tighten the belt to the correct tension. And this newly found tension is getting me around 13-14 psi, and WOW what a fuggin difference. i think i can get the car into the 11's for sure now. what a difference. i cant believe the difference between 11 psi to 14 psi, damn...
i wish i could dyno the car again now with the correct boost, i bet its putting out another 30-40 hp. its pulls like a bat out of hell now. no traction in 2nd gear at all...

Hey SC. I've always enjoyed reading your posts. You are a pioneer and an inspiration indeed. One thing I have to ask you though. Why are you limiting yourself with a JRSC? Why not go turbo? If it's a case of wanting to pushing the boundaries out and proving that spectacular things can be achieved with a JRSC, then more power to you......I'm with you all the way. i would go turbo, but hey :
1. the charger is working fine so far, and if it ain't broke, dont fix it.
2. i ain't got the $$$$ to go turbo now anyway.
3. i have a 350Z and a house to pay for( i like driving the civic more than the Z.)
4. the charger spools up quicker per say than a turbo.
5. im running qucker than a turbo car can basically with the same power.
if i win the lotto, ill have some sick ass inventions, like a twin turbo supra otor in a civic. Heee-heee.

Well done.
You'll be in the 11's soon.
Any chance of a video of one of your runs?
I'm curious how that monster sounds.
